Our flower delivery service operates daily so you can share care and attention at any moment. We offer several convenient payment options and fast courier delivery within the city and region.
Payment Methods
When placing an order for flower delivery, you can choose any convenient payment option:
- Online payment by bank card on the website
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Payment upon receipt (cash or card to the courier)
- Bank transfer for legal entities
We have made sure that the process of purchasing a bouquet is as simple and pleasant as possible.
Delivery Terms and Cost
Our flower delivery service operates 7 days a week.
- Delivery within the city — from 1 to 3 hours
- Express delivery is possible upon request
- The delivery cost depends on the distance and time of order
We carefully package every bouquet to ensure it arrives to the recipient in perfect condition.
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out via "Nova Post" according to the carrier's rules and tariffs. You can see the exact cost and delivery time while placing your order.
Delivery via Nova Post is available only with full prepayment, in accordance with the terms of the delivery service.
Fast delivery of indoor plants across Ukraine
Delivery is an important part of our service. It is a convenient option for any occasion or event. In Rivne we deliver orders with our own courier, and across Ukraine we ship via Nova Poshta. For large individual orders we also deliver by our own cargo transport across Ukraine.
Whatever the circumstances, you can place an order in our shop at any time, and we will deliver it to you on time.
If you are planning a surprise and do not want to reveal your name to the recipient, we respect that choice and guarantee to keep your secret, delivering your order on the specified day.
To deliver an order we need the recipient's name, address and phone number. If the customer does not know the address, that is no problem — our managers will call the recipient and kindly clarify a convenient delivery location.
Delivery time within the city depends on the number of orders on a given day and the courier workload. On average it takes about an hour, but on holidays (for example, 14 February or 8 March) it may take longer. We recommend ordering in advance. Nova Poshta shipping is dispatched daily until 19:00. If you place your order on our site in time, we will ship it the same day.
Please note! Delivery is paid. Within the city it starts from UAH 100. Delivery across Ukraine via Nova Poshta is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs. Individual delivery by our own cargo transport is also calculated individually, depending on the delivery region and the order value.
