1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter – the “Offer”) is an official proposal of the Amster store, which sells cut flowers, indoor plants, and related products at retail, to enter into a sales agreement with any person who accepts the terms of this Offer.

1.2. Acceptance (consent) occurs at the moment an order is placed on the website amster.org.ua, or when the order is confirmed by phone or messenger.

1.3. This agreement is concluded in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and is binding upon both parties.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.

2.2. All product photos and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Bouquets and floral arrangements may differ from the images due to seasonality and flower availability.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1. Orders can be placed via the website, by phone, or through other official communication channels.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to provide accurate contact information.
3.3. Payment methods:
- in cash upon receipt,
- by bank card online,
- through other payment services listed on the website.
3.4. Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and include all taxes (unless otherwise stated).
3.5. After the order is confirmed by the Seller, the price is fixed and cannot be changed.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Goods

4.1. Delivery is carried out by Amster couriers within Rivne city and by delivery services across Ukraine (if applicable).
4.2. Delivery times are agreed upon individually.
4.3. The Buyer agrees to receive the goods at the agreed time. If the Buyer is absent or provides an incorrect address, the goods are considered delivered.

5. Quality and Warranty

5.1. We guarantee the freshness of cut flowers and the proper condition of plants upon delivery.
5.2. If a defect or damage is discovered, the Buyer has the right to file a claim within 24 hours from the moment of receipt.
5.3. Accessories and durable goods (vases, candles, pots, etc.) are subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'.

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1. Refunds for confirmed claims are made to the bank card or by another agreed method.
6.2. An order may be canceled by the Buyer before it is confirmed by the Seller.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by reasons beyond their control (force majeure, courier service operations).
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of contact information and for receiving the order on time.

8. Personal Data

8.1. The data provided by the Buyer is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
8.2. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. This Offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended by the Seller at any time.
